Cialis is a drug that contains Tadalafil. Tadalafil is a drug used to help treat male sexual function problems (impotence or erectile dysfunction). Cialis works with increasing blood flow to the penis to help men get and maintain an erection. This is also to help treat symptoms of an enlarged prostate (benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). This drugs helps to relieve symptoms of BPH, such as difficulty in initiating urine flow, weak urine flow, and frequent nighttime urination.
